Refund Policy

Karafy is free to try: the free tier lets you make 10 songs before you pay anything. If a purchase still doesn't work out for you, here is how refunds work.

What you can get back

• Pro — a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No reason needed.
• Credit packs — a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as no credit from that pack has been used. Credits you already had are always counted as used first.

After 14 days we refund only where the law requires it, for example if the product does not work as described.

How to ask

Email support@karafy.app from the address you used at checkout, or include your licence key. We handle requests within 3 business days. The money goes back to your original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

What happens after a refund

The licence key from that order stops working on all devices, and any credits that order added are removed from your balance.
