Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Karafy is sold by GemuStudio Krzysztof Owsiany, Oporówko 10, 64-120 Krzemieniewo, NIP 686-154-98-83. Contact: support@karafy.app.

2. What you buy

• Free — Karafy is free to download and includes 10 local processing credits.
• Pro — a one-time payment for a lifetime licence to Karafy's Pro features. One licence key works on up to 3 devices at a time; activating a fourth device deactivates the oldest one.
• Credit packs — cloud processing credits. One credit processes one track in the cloud. Credits do not expire.

Your licence key is delivered immediately after payment, on the confirmation page and by email.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. VAT is added at checkout according to your country. Payments are processed by Stripe; we are the seller.

4. Acceptable use

You may process only audio and video that you own or that you have permission to use. When you paste a link, you are responsible for having the right to download and use that content under the law and the terms of the site it comes from. You may not use Karafy to distribute or sell karaoke files made from works you have no rights to.

If you break these rules, we may deactivate your licence key and cloud access without a refund.

5. Copyright notices

If you believe Karafy is being used to infringe your copyright, email copyright@karafy.app with: the work concerned, what the infringing activity is and how it relates to Karafy (for example where the generated files are being distributed), your contact details, and a statement that the notice is accurate and made in good faith.

Local processing happens on the user's own computer, so we hold no copies of their files and cannot remove them. What we can do is deactivate the licence key and cloud access of a user responsible for infringement. We respond to every notice within 14 days.

6. Your rights as a consumer

Karafy is digital content delivered immediately. By completing your purchase you agree that delivery starts straight away and acknowledge that you then lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Independently of that, we offer a voluntary refund described in our Refund Policy.

Complaints: email support@karafy.app. We reply within 14 days. Your statutory rights if the product does not work as described are not affected.

7. Liability

Karafy is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under consumer protection law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. A change never affects a purchase you have already made.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
